S.O. 208 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ), the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column( 1 ) ofthe table below, being an officer equivalent to the rank of a gazetted officer of the Government of India, to be an estate officer for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed, on the estate officer by or under the saidAct, within the local limits ofhisjurisdiction , in respect ofthepublicpremises specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) ofthe said Table .
का.आ. 208( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , सरकारी स्थान (अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों को बेदखली) अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नीचे सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को, जो भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी की पंक्तिके समतुल्य अधिकारी है, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए सम्पदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , जो उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट सरकारी स्थानों के संबंध में अपनी अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा या उसके अधीन सम्पदा अधिकारी को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा और उस पर अधिरोपित कर्तव्यों का पालन करेगा।
