का.आ. 210( अ ).-राष्ट्रीय तिलहन व वनस्पति तेल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1983 ( 1983 का 29 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार राष्ट्रीय तिलहन व वनस्पति तेल विकास बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में निम्नलिखित सदस्यों को नियुक्त करती है, तथा इस उद्देश्य के लिए भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) की दिनांक 8 मार्च, 1984 , की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 153 ( अ ) , जो भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) के भाग II , खंड -3 उपखंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 8 मार्च, 1984 में प्रकाशित हुई थी, में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामत:

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board Act, 1983 (29 of 1983 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the following Members to be the Members of the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board. And for that purpose hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation) No. S.O. 153 (E) dated the 8th March , 1984 published in the Gazeette of India ( Extraordinary ) , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) dated the 8th March, 1984 namely :-
