का.आ. 211 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, कोयलाधारक क्षेत्र ( अर्जन और विकास ) अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 20 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 595 तारीख 8 मार्च, 2001 द्वारा, जो भारत सरकार के राजपत्र, भाग II , खंड 3, उपखंड ( ii ) तारीख 24 मार्च, 2001 में प्रकाशित की गई थी । उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची में और इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में भी विनिर्दिष्ट परिक्षेत्र में जिसकी माप 1249.731 हेक्टर ( लगभग ) या 3088.09 एकड़ (लगभग ) है, कोयले का पूर्वेक्षण करने केअपने आशय की सूचना दी थी;
और उक्त भूमि के संबंध में, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन कोई सूचना नहीं दी गई है;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 24 मार्च, 2003 से आरम्भ होने वाली एक वर्ष कीअवधिको ऐसी अवधि के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसके भीतर केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त भूमि को या ऐसी भूमि में या ऐसी भूमि पर कोई अधिकार अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दे सकेगी ।

सीमा वर्णन
क-ख

रेखा ग्राम रलिया और सरईसिगार ग्राभों की सम्मिलित सीमा पर " क " बिन्दु से आरम्भ होती है और रलिया ग्राम की पश्चिमी सीमा के साथ - साथ जाती है, उसके पश्चात्अमगांव ग्राम से होकर जाती है तथा " ख " बिन्दु पर मिलती है ।
खग
रेखा भागतः अमगांव की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-साथ चलती है, उसके पश्चात् पोंडी ग्राम से होकर बाहनपाट, भठोरा ग्रामों की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ- साथ जाती है, तथा भटोरा ग्राम से होकर " ग " बिन्दु पर मिलती है ।
ग- घ
रेखा भागतः ग्राम भठोरा की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ- साथ जाती है , उसके पश्चात् भेलईबाजार से होकर जाती है , और बिन्दु " घ" पर मिलती है ।
घ-क
रेखा भेलईबाजार, छिंदपुर, रलिया ग्रामों से होकर जाती है और आरम्भिक बिन्दु " क " पर मिलती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th February, 2003
S.O. 211 ( E) . Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal No. S.O. 595 dated the 8th March, 2001 , under sub - section ( 1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of1957) and published in Part - II , Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India dated the 24th March, 2001 , the Central Government gave notice ofits intention to prospect for coal inlands measuring 1249.731 hectares (approximately) or 3088.09 acres ( approximately) in the locality specified in the Schedule appended thereto as also in the Schedule hereto annexed; And, whereas in respect ofthe said lands , no notice under Sub - section ( 1) of Section 7 of the said Act has been given;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies a further period of one year commencing from the 24th March, 2003 , as the period within which the Central Government may give notice of its intention to acquire the said lands or any rights in or over such lands .

Boundary description:
AB Line starts from point ' A' on the common boundary of villages Ralia - Sariasingar and passes along the Western boundary ofRalia village, then through Amgaon village and meets at point 'B ' .
B- C Line passes partly along the Northern boundary of Amgaon village , then through Pondi village , proceeds along the Northern boundary of Bahanpat, Bhathora village then through Bhathora village and meets at point ' C ' .
CD Line passes partly along the Testern boundary of Bhathora village , then through village Bhelaibazar and meets atpoint 'D' .
D-A Line passes through village Bhelaibazar, Chhindpur , Ralia and meets at the starting point at 'A' .
