का.आ. 212( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , कोयला धारक क्षेत्र ( अर्जन और विकास) अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 20 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( i ) के अधीन भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अधीसूचना सं. का. आ. 377 तारीख 12 फरवरी , 2001 द्वारा , जो भारत सरकार के राजपत्र, भाग II, खंड 3 , उपखंड ( ii ) तारीख 24 फरवरी, 2001 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची में और इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में भी विनिर्दिष्ट परिक्षेत्र में जिसकी माप 1425.000 हेक्टर ( लगभग ) या 3521.18 एकड़ ( लगभग ) है, कोयले का पूर्वेक्षण करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दी थी;
और उक्त भूमि के संबंध में, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( i ) के अधीन कोई सूचना नहीं दी गई है ;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 24 फरवरी , 2003 से आरम्भ होने वाली एक वर्ष की अवधि को ऐसी अवधि के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसके भीतर केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त भूमि को या ऐसी भूमि में या ऐसी भूमि पर कोई अधिकार अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दे सकेगी ।

सीमा वर्णन
क-ख
रेखा ग्राम रेंकी में " क" बिन्दु से आरम्भ होती है , इसके पश्चात् ग्राम रेंकी, सुआभोंडी, मलगांव से होकर और भागतः अमगांव की उत्तरी सीमा से होकर जाती है तथा " ख " बिन्दु पर मिलती है ।
खग
रेखा ग्राम अमगांव से होकर जाती है , इसके पश्चात् ग्राम सरईसिंगार की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ - साथ चलती है तथा " ग " बिन्दु पर मिलती है ।
ग-घ
रेखा ग्राम सरईसिंगार, बम्हानीकोना, रेंकी ग्रामों से होकर जाती है, और " घ " बिन्दु पर मिलती है ।
घ-क
रेखा ग्राम रैंकी से होकर जाती है और आरम्भिक बिन्दु " क " पर मिलती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th February, 2003
S.O. 212 (E ). Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal No. S.O. 377 , dated the 12th February, 2001, under Sub - section ( 1) of Section 4 ofthe Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20of 1957) and published in Part - II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ) of the Gazette of India dated the 24th February, 2001 , the Central Government gave notice of its intention to prospect for coal inlands meauring 1425.000 hectares (approximately) or 3521.18 acres (approximately) in the locality specified in the Schedule appended thereto as also in the Schedule hereto annexed;
Andwhereas in respect ofthe said lands , no notice under Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the said Act has been given; Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies a further period of one year commencing from the 24th February, 2003, as the period within which the Central Government may give notice of its intention to acquire the said lands or any rights in or over such lands.

Boundary description:
A-B Line starts from point ' A' in village Renki , then passes through villages Renki , Suwabhondi , Malgoan and partly Northern boundary of village Amgaon and meet at point 'B' .
B -C Line passes through village Amgaon, then along the Eastern boundary ofVillage Saraisingar and meets at point 'C' .
CD Line passes through villages Saraisingar, Bamaikona , Renki and meets at point 'D' .
D-A Line passes through village Renki and meets at the starting point 'A' .
