No. TAMP/39/2002 -CHPT.-This Authority had passed an Order on 5 October , 2002 in case No. TAMP/ 39/2002- CHPT relating to the general revision of the Scale of Rates of the Chennai Port Trust ( CHPT) . This order and the ( revised) Scale of Rates of the CHPT were notified in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary (Part III , Section 4) on 9 October, 2002 vide Gazette No. 229 .
सं.टीएएमपी/39/2002-सीएचपीटी. इस प्राधिकरण ने चेन्नई पत्तन न्यास ( सीएचपीटी ) के दरमान के सामान्य संशोधन संबंधी मामला सं . टीएएमपी/39/2002- सीएचपीटी में 5 अक्तूबर, 2002 को एक आदेश पारित किया था । यह आदेश और सीएचपीटी के दरमान (संशोधित ) भारत का राजपत्र, असाधारण ( भाग III , खंड 4 ) में 9 अक्तूबर, 2002 को राजपत्र सं. 229 द्वारा अधिसूचित किए गए थे ।
2. यह देखा गया है कि 9 अक्तूबर, 2002 को अधिसूचित किए गए समेकित दरमान में घाट किराया प्रभारों संबंधी अनुसूची की टिप्पणी 7 ( घ ) में कुछ वास्तविक त्रुटियाँ हुई हैं । अनुसूची 2.2.1 - घाट किराया प्रभार के अधीन वर्तमान टिप्पणी 7 ( घ ) में बताया गया है कि टिप्पणी 5 और 6 में विनिर्दिष्ट अतिरिक्त घाट किराया प्रभार ' बेकार पड़े घाटों का पोर्ट की सुविधा से इस्तेमाल ' करने पर लागू नहीं होंगे। ' सुविधा' इस शब्द को हटाकर उसके बदले ' सहमति ' शब्द लिया जाए । तदनुसार घाटकिराया प्रभार अनुसूची 2.2.1 के तहत टिप्पणी 7 ( घ ) को हटाकर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :-
2. It has been noticed that some genuine mistakes have occurred in the consolidated Scale of Rates notified on 9 October , 2002 at note 7( d) in the Schedule relating to berth hire charges . The existing note 7 ( d) under Schedule 2.2.1 berth hire charges prescribes that the additional berth hire charges specified at note 5 & 6 shall not be levied for ' Usage of idle berth with Port's convenience' . The word ' convenience ' is to be replaced by word ' concurrence ' and accordingly the note 7 ( d) under Schedule 2.2.1 berth hire charges is deleted and substituted as follows:
"d. Usage of idle berth with Port's concurrence." " घ. बेकार पड़े घाट का पत्तन की सहमति से उपयोग । "
