सं. टीएएमपी/3 /2002-जेएनपीटी.-इस प्राधिकरण ने जवाहरलाल नेहरू पत्तन न्यास ( जेएनपीटी ) के दरमान के सामान्य संशोधन संबंधी मामला सं. टीएएमपी/3/2002-जेएनपीटी में 27 अगस्त, 2002 को एक आदेश पारित किया था । यह आदेश और जेएनपीटी के दरमान ( संशोधित ) भारत का राजपत्र, असाधारण ( भाग III खण्ड 4 ) में 5 सितम्बर, 2002 को राजपत्र सं. 178 द्वारा अधिसूचित किए गए थे ।
2. यह देखा गया है कि 5 सितम्बर, 2002 को अधिसूचित किए गए समेकित दरमान में कुछ वास्तविक त्रुटियां हुई हैं । किए जाने वाले संशोधनों काब्यौरा निम्नलिखित है :-
( i ) अध्याय- II पोत संबद्ध प्रभार में अनुसूची 2.2 ष के अधीन टिप्पणी- टग की सहायता की आवश्यकता न होने वाले पोतों की पायलिटेज फीस निम्नवत् पढ़ी जाए:-
" टिप्पणी: पत्तन में प्रत्येक आगमन के लिए न्यूनतम प्रभार विदेशगामी पोत के लिए 100 अमेरिकी डॉलर और तटीय पोतों के मामले में 3399.20 रुपए है । "
( ii ) अध्याय- III- कंटेनरों और कंटेनरबद्ध पोतभार को प्रदान की गई सेवाओं के लिए प्रभार में अनुसूची 3.3.3 - पत्तन के परिसर में रखे कंटेनर के लिए रुकने का समय प्रभार में गैर - आईसीडी आयात और निर्यात खाली के क्र . सं. 2 में निर्धारित रुकने का समय प्रभार निम्नवत् पढ़ा जाए:-

[PART III- SEC . 4] ( iii ) अध्याय- IX संपदा संबद्ध प्रभार में अनुसूची 9.1 संपदा किराया के अधीन टिप्पणी संख्या ( 3 ) और (4 ) निम्नवत् पढ़ा जाए :-
" ( 3 ) . उपर्युक्त मद 1 में उल्लिखित लाइसेंस फीस की दर दिनांक 19 मार्च, 1997 को अधिसूचित दरमान में यथानिर्धारित है, यह फीस 1 जनवरी , 1998 से 10 प्रतिशत बढ़ाई जानी है और उसके बाद प्रत्येक दो वर्ष के पश्चात भी 10 प्रतिशत बढ़ाई जानी है । 1 जनवरी , 2003 से 5 प्रतिशत बढ़ाई जानी है और उसके पश्चात् वर्तमान नियम एवं शर्तों के अनुसार प्रत्येक वर्ष 5 प्रतिशत वृद्धि कीजाएगी । "
" ( 4 ) . उपर्युक्त मद 2 और 3 में उल्लिखित लाइसेंस फीस की दरें दिनांक 19 मार्च , 1997 को अधिसूचित दरमान में यथानिर्धारित है । यह फीस 1 अप्रैल, 1998 से 10 प्रतिशत बढ़ाई जाती है । उसके पश्चात् प्रत्येक दो वर्ष के पश्चात् भी 10 प्रतिशत बढ़ाई जाती है । 1 अप्रैल, 2003 से 5 प्रतिशत वृद्धि की जाएगी और उसके पश्चात् वर्तमान नियम एवं शर्तों के अनुसार प्रत्येक वर्ष यही 5 प्रतिशत वृद्धि की जाएगी । "

TARIFF AUTHORITY FOR MAJOR PORTS
CORRIGENDUM
Mumbai , the 19th February, 2003
No. TAMP/ 3/ 2002- JNPT.-- This Authority had passed an Order on 27 August , 2002 in case No. TAMP/3 / 2002- JNPT relating to the general revision of the Scale of Rates of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust ( JNPT) . This Order and the ( revised ) Scale of Rates of the JNPT were notified in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary (Part III , Section 4) on 5 September , 2002 vide Gazette No. 178 .
2. It has been noticed that some genuine mistakes have occurred in the consolidated Scale of Rates notified on 5 September , 2002. The details of the corrections to be made are given below :
(i) The note under Schedule 2.2 . D - Pilotage fee for vessels not requiring Tug assistance in Chapter - II Vessel - Related charges shall be read as follows :
"Note : The minimuin charges for each visit to the port shall be US $ 100 in case of Foreign -going vessels and Rs . 3399.20 in case of Coastal Vessels . "
( ii ) The Dwell time charges prescribed at Sl . No. 2 for Non - ICD Import and Export- Empty in Schedule 3.3.3.-Dwell time charges for container stored in the port premises in Chapter - III Charges for services rendered to containers and containerised cargo shall be read as follows:

26.00 (iii) The Notes number (3) and (4) under Schedule 9.1 Estate Rentals in Chapter - IX Estate Related Charges shall be read as follows:
"(3). The rate of licence fee mentioned at item I above is as prescribed in the scale of Rates notified on 19 March , 1997 which is to be escalated by 10 % with effect from 1 January, 1998 and thereafter by the same percentage after every two years and shall be increased by 5 per cent with effect from 1 January, 2003 and thereafter by the same percentage every year as per the existing terms and conditions . " "(4) . The rates of licence fee mentioned at items 2 and 3 above are as prescribed in the Scale of Rates notified on 19 March, 1997 which are to be escalated by 10 per cent with effect from 1 April , 1998 and thereafter by the same percentage after every two years and shall be increased by 5 per cent with effect from 1 April , 2003 and thereafter by the same percentage every years as per the existing terms and conditions. "
