का.आ. 215 ( अ) .- कयर उद्योग अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953 का 45 ) की धारा 27 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कयर बोर्ड द्वारा बनाई गई निम्नलिखित उप - विधियों के कयर बोर्ड कर्मचारी ( आचरण ) उप- विधि, 1968 में और संशोधन करते हैं तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा पुष्टि कर के उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 27 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) को अपेक्षानुसार एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, अर्थात्:-
( 1 ) इन उप -विधियों का नाम कयर बोर्ड कर्मचारी ( आचरण ) संशोधन उप - विधि, 2003 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
कयर बोर्ड कर्मचारी ( आचरण ) उप - विधि, 1968 में उप- विधि 2 में धारा ( छ ) की उप - धारा ( ख ) के अन्तर्गत स्पष्टीकरण के लिए निम्नलिखित स्पष्टीकरण प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:
स्पष्टीकरण :- समूह क, समूह ख, समूह ग और समूह घ पदों का आशय निम्नलिखित विवरण वाले पदों से होगा : -

पदों का वर्गीकरण 1. कोई पद जिसका वेतन या वेतनमान 13,500 रु. से कम नहीं है ।
समूह' क' 2. कोई पद जिसका अधिकतम वेतन या वेतनमान 9,000 रु. से कम नहीं है किन्तु 13,500 रु. से कम है ।
समूह ' ख ' 3. कोई पद जिसका अधिकतम वेतन या वेतनमान 4,000 रु. से अधिक किन्तु 9,000 रु. से कम है ।
समूह ' ग ' 4. कोई पद जिसका अधिकतम वेतन या वेतनमान 4,000 रु. या इससे कम है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th February, 2003
S.O. 215(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 27 of the Coir Industry Act, 1953 (45 of 1953 ), the following bye - laws made by the Coir Board further to amend the Coir Board Employees (Conduct ) Bye - Laws , 1968, and confirmedby the Central Government , are hereby püblished, as required by sub - section (2) of the Section 27 ofthe saidAct, namely:---
(1 ) These Bye - Laws may be called the Coir Board Employees (Conduct) Amendment Bye -Laws , 2003 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Inthe Coir Board Employees (Conduct ) Bye- Laws , 1968 , in Bye - Law 2, for the Explanation under sub - clause (b ) of clause (g) , the following Explanation shall be substituted namely:-
Explanation : -Group A, Group B ,Group C andGroup D posts shall mean those posts having the following description:-
