सा.का.नि. 126( अ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 28 ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना जन हित में आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा सा. का. नि. संख्या 67 ( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, वित्त एवं कम्पनी कार्य मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 12/99-सी. शु. (गै. है. ) दिनांक 5 फरवरी , 1999 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenue) No. 12/99- Customs (NT) dated the 5th February, 1999 , issued vide G.S.R.
