सा.का.नि. 127 ( अ) .- तस्कर एवं विदेशी मुद्रा छल साधक ( समपहृत सम्पत्ति ) अधिनियम, 1976 ( 1976 की 13 ) धारा की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 3 जनवरी , 1977 की सा. सां नियमावली सं. 3 (अ ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है नामत्ः-
जाएगा । कथित अधिसूचना में " श्री ए. एम. प्रसाद " शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर " श्री आर . के. चन्द्रा " शब्दों और अक्षरों को प्रतिस्थापित किया

Inthe said notification , for the words and letters " Shri A. M. Prasad " , the words and letters " Shri R. K. Chandra " shall be substituted .
