का.आ. 225( अ ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क) के उपखण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त और कम्पनी कार्य मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 10/2003- एन. टी. सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 28 जनवरी , 2003 [का. आ. 95 (अ) दिनांक 28 जनवरी, 2003 ] को अधिक्रांत करते हुए निर्यात माल के संबंध में बोर्ड, एतद्द्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- I और अनुसूची- II के स्तंभ (2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 मार्च, 2003 , से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तंभ ( 3 ) के तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित है :-

New Delhi , the 25th February, 2003

S.O. 225 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( i ) of clause ( a) of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance & Company Affairs (Department of Revenue ) No. 10/2003 - NT - Customs , dated the 28th January , 2003 [ S.O. 95 (E) , dated the 28th January, 2003 ] the Board hereby determines for the purposes of said section relating to export goods , that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) ofeach ofSchedule I and Schedule II appended hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall , with effect from the 1st March, 2003 , be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column ( 3 ) thereof.
