का.आ. 231 ( अ ) - भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 138 ( अ ) दिनांक 6 फरवरी , 2003 जो भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) के भाग II , खण्ड -3 , उपखण्ड (i ) में दिनांक 6 फरवरी , 2003 को प्रकाशित हुई, में मद -1 , पृष्ठ 4 पर " ये नियम" से प्रारंभ होने वाले तथा " 2002 " के साथ समाप्त होने वाले शब्दों एवं आंकड़ों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे:-
" इन नियमों को आयकर (द्वितीय संशोधन ) नियमावली, 2003 " कहा जाए ।
इसके अतिरिक्त, अधिसूचना के पृष्ठ 6 पर पाद टिप्पणी निम्नानुसार जोड़ी जाएगी: -
"टिप्पणी:- मूल नियम दिनांक 26 मार्च, 1962 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 969( अ ) द्वारा प्रकाशित किये गये थे तथा इसमें अन्तिम संशोधनदिनांक 28 जनवरी , 2003 की अधिसूचना का.आ. सं. 104( अ) के तहत आयकर ( प्रथम संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2002 द्वारा किया गया था।"

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 26th February, 2003
INCOME-TAX
S.O. 231 (E). In the Notification ofthe Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue), Number S.O. 138 (E) dated the 6th February, 2003 published in the Gazette of India, (Extraordinary ), in Part -II , Section 3 , Sub -section ( i) dated the 6th February, 2003 , on page 4, in item 1 for the words and figures beginning with "These rules" and ending with "2002 " , the following shall be substituted :-
"These rules may be called the Income Tax ( Second Amendment) Rules , 2003. "
Further on page 6 of the notification a Foot Note shall be added as under :-
"Note: The principal rules were published vide Notification No. S.O. 969 (E) , dated the 26th March , 1962 and last amended by Income-tax ( First Amendment) Rules , 2002 vide Notification S.O. No. 104( E) dated the 28th January, 2003. "
