का. नि. आ. 02 ( अ ).-दिनांक 04-03-2002 की अधिसूचना का. नि. आ. 01 ( अ ) के क्रम में केन्द्रीय सरकार के इस बात से संतुष्ट होने पर कि बादामीबाग छावनी प्रशासन के लिये छावनी परिषद के गठन को परिवर्तित रखना वांछनीय है, एतदद्वारा इस संबंध में छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 1 ) एवं ( 4 ) के तहत घोषणा करती है और यह निर्देश देती है कि उक्त परिपद का कार्यकाल दिनांक 27-02-2003 से एक वर्ष के लिए अथवा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 के अन्तर्गत परिषद का गठन होने तक, इनमें जो भी पहले हो बढ़ जाएगा ।

New Delhi, the 26th February, 2003
S. R. O. 02 (E ) .- Further to the notification vide S.R.O. 01 (E ) dated 04-03-2002 , the Central Government, having been satisfied that for the administration of the Badamibagh Cantonment it is desirable to keep the constitution of the CantonmentBoard varied, hereby makes a declaration under sub - sections ( 1 ) and (4) of Section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 to that effect and directs that the term of the said Board shall stand extended for a further period of one year with effect from 27-02-2003 or till the constitution of the Board under Section 13 of the Act, whichever is carlier .

का. नि. आ. 03( अ ). छावनी अधिनियम 1924 ( 1924 का 2) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के तहत केन्द्रीय सरकार घोषणा करती है और निर्देश देती है चूँकि का. नि. आ. 02 ( अ ) दिनांक 26-2-2003 जो कि असाधारण राजपत्र अधिसूचना भाग 2 , खण्ड -4 जो कि दिनांक 26-2-2003 को प्रकाशित हुआ है के तहत बादामीबाग छावनी प्रशासन का कार्यकाल दिनांक 27-02-2003 से एक वर्ष के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया है अतः नामित सदस्य श्री अब्दुल अहद लोन का कार्यकाल एक वर्ष के लिये बढ़ा दिया गया है और कर्नल अश्वनी कुमार जोशी, को दिनांक 27-02-2003 से अथवा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 के अन्तर्गत परिषद का गठन होने तक इनसे जो भी पहले हो तक नामित किया जाता है ।

S. R. O. 03 (E) . In pursuance of sub- section (3 ) of Section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 (2 of 1924) readwith notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Defence vide S.R.O. 02 (E ) dated 26-02-2003 published in the Governmenı ofIndia, Extraordinary Gazette Part II , Section 4 dated 26-02-2003 the term of Shri Abdul Ahad Lone , the nominated member ofthe varied Board is extended for a period of one year and Col. Ashwani Kumar Joshi is nominated as a member w.c.f. 27-02-2003 or till constitution of the Board under Section 13 of the said Act whichever is earlier .
