सा.का.नि. 134( अ ).- केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कोचीन पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में निदेशक ( डिजाइन ) के स्थान पर उप सचिव (एम एम) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय को न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 10 अप्रैल, 2002 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 274(अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
जाएंगे । 2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने " निदेशक(डिजाइन ) " शब्दों के स्थान पर " उप सचिव ( एम एम ) " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th February, 2003
G. S. R. 134 (E ) .- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) read with sub- section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Deputy Secretary (MM), Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees of the Cochin Port Trust vice Director ( Design ) as a Trustee and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing ) G.S.R. No. 274 (E) , dated the 10th April , 2002.
2. In the said Notification against serial number 1 for the words " Director (Design ) " the words " Deputy Secretary (MM)" shall be substituted.
