सा.का.नि. 135( अ ). केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में उप सचिव ( एम एम ) के स्थान पर अवर सचिव (पी डी-1 ) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय को न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 29 मई, 2002 की सा.का. नि. सं. 388 ( अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 11 जुलाई , 2002 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 491 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 14 के सामने " उप सचिव ( एम एम ) " शब्दों के स्थान पर " अवर सचिव ( पी डी- I ) " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th February, 2003
G.S.R. 135 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub- section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Under Secretary ( PD - I ) , Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees of the Mormugao Port Trust vice Deputy Secretary (MM) as a Trustee and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing )G.S.R. No. 491 (E) dated 11th July, 2002 read with G.S.R. No. 388 (E) dated 29th May, 2002.
2. In the said Notification against serial number 14 for the words " Deputy Secretary ( MM) " the words " Under Secretary (PD - I ) " shall be substituted.
