का.आ. 240 ( अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो नियम, 1987 के नियम 3 और नियम 4 के उपनियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य और नागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय (नागरिक पूर्ति विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 278 ( अ ) , तारीख 31 मार्च, 1987 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में-
क्रम संख्या 27 से 34 ( दोनों को सम्मिलित करते हुए ) और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -
मान्यताप्राप्त उपभोक्ता संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि और उपभोक्ता हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले व्यक्ति

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st February, 2003 S.O. 240 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act , 1986 (63 of1986) read with rule 3 and sub -rule ( 1 ) of rule 4 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules , 1987, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies (Department of Civil Supplies ) number S.O. 278 (E ) , dated the 31st March , 1987 , with effect from the date ofpublication of this notification namely.-
In the said notification , for serial numbers 27. to 34 (both inclusive) and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entrics shall be substituted, namely:--
