का.आ. 1299( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1970 (1970 का 48 ) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
दूसरी अनुसूची बिहार शीर्षक के नीचे भाग 1 आयुर्वेद और सिद्ध में
क. क्रम संख्यांक १ क तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (2) of Section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) , the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of IndianMedicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :-
In the Second Schedule, in Part 1 " Ayurveda and Siddha" under the heading "BIHAR "
(a) for serial number 9A and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted namely:-
