का.आ. 1290 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं० का. नि. आ . 1181 , तारीख 4 अप्रैल , 1957 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-
(क) क्रम सं0 6 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित क्रम सं . और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th November, 2003
S.O. 1290(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport number S.R.O. 1181 , dated 4th April , 1957, namely : -
In the said notification, in the Schedule: -
(a) and entries shall be substituted, namely: - for serial number 6 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number

का.आ. 1291 ( अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 6४ ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के रतंग (1 ) में यथावर्णित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में उनके सामने यथाउल्लिखित तत्स्थानी खंड की सारणी के खंड (3 ) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट भूखंडों को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है ।

S.O. 1291 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988 ) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretches as specified in column (3 ) of the Table annexed hereto , of the corresponding Section as mentioned against them in column (2) of the said Table of the National Highways as described in column (1 ) of the said Table , to the National Highways Authority of India.
