फा. सं. 01 /94/180 /18 /पी एन/एएम-04/पी सी 4. निर्यात और आयात नीति, 2002-2007 के पैराग्राफ 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार, एतद्वारा प्रक्रिया पुस्तक ( खण्ड-1 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं:-
सार्वजनिक सूचना सं . 33 , दिनांक 26-8-2002 और सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या 53 , दिनांक 31-12-2002 के संबद्ध हिस्सों के साथ पठित सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या 14 दिनांक 31-5-2002 की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है, जिसमें निर्यात- आयात नीति 2002-2007 के तहत जारी डी ई पी बी दर विशेष अतिरिक्त शुल्क ( एस एडी ) में छूट की विशेष व्यवस्था की गई है, जहां " अनुमत निर्यात " का आदेश 1-4-2002 से पहले जारी किया गया था ।
2. प्रक्रिया पुस्तक ( खण्ड 1 ) 2002-2007 , के पैराग्राफ 4.47 में उल्लिखित प्रावधानों के बावजूद डी ई पी बी के वास्तविक प्रयोक्ता निर्यात आय की बकाया वसूली हेतु आवेदन करने वाले सभी निर्यातक, अथवा उन पोत लदानों के संबंध में जहाँ " अनुमत निर्यात " के आदेश की तारीख 1-4-2002 से पूर्व है , निर्यात आय की वसूली के बाद डी ई पी बी हस्तान्तरणीय है, को 31-3-2004 से पहले ऐसा करना अपेक्षित है । (इस संशोधन द्वारा सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या 14 दिनांक 31-5-2002 के तहत आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि को 31-3-2004 तक बढ़ा दियागया है। )
3. उक्त सार्वजनिक सूचनाओं के सम्बद्ध हिस्सों में दी गयी अन्य शर्तें अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी ।
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

F. No. 01/94/ 180/18 /PN/AM -04/PC - IV. In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 ofthe Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I ) :
Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 14 dated 31-5-2002 , read with the relevant portions of Public Notice No. 33 dated 26-8-2002 and Public Notice No. 53 dated 31-12-2002, which introduced a special provision for exemption ofspecial additional duty ( SAD ) on DEPBs issued under the Exim Policy 2002-2007 where the order of " Let Export " was prior to 1-4-2002 .
2. Notwithstanding the provision given in paragraph 4.47 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol . I ) 2002-2007, all exporters filing applications for actual user DEPB pending realization of export proceeds or a transferable DEPB subsequent to realization of export proceeds , in respect of shipments where the date of order of " Let Export " is prior to 1-4-2002, shall be required to do so latest by 31-3-2004.
(Thisamendment extends the last date of filing of applications under PN 14 dated 31-5-2002 to 31-3-2004) .
3. The other conditions detailed in the relevant portions of the above - mentioned Public Notices shall remain unchanged.
