सं० यू०-23013/16 /2003- एल ० डब्ल्यू०. ठेका श्रम (विनियमन एवं उत्सादन) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारतीय विमान पत्तन प्राधिकरण , चैन्नई के प्रतिष्ठान में ठेका श्रम उन्मूलन के प्रश्न पर विचार करने के लिए एक समिति का गठन करता है। समिति का संघटन और इसके विचारार्थ विषय निम्नानुसार होंगेः

समिति के विचारार्थ विषय निम्नलिखित होंगे :
" भारतीय विमानन प्राधिकरण के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय डिवीजन के अंतर्गत चैन्नई एयरपोर्ट पर अन्तरराष्ट्रीय एयर कार्गो परिसर में सामान चढ़ाने व उतारने जॉबों/ कार्यों में ठेका श्रम पद्धति के कार्यचालन का अध्ययन करना तथा इस संबंध में 3479 GI/2003

[PART I-SBC . 1 ] उपयुक्त सिफारिशें करना कि ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन एवं उत्सादन ) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 10 के उपबंधों को ध्यान में रखते हुए उक्त प्रतिष्ठान में उक्त जॉबों / कार्यों में ठेका श्रम के नियोजन को प्रतिषिद्ध किया जाए अथवा नहीं ।"
3. समिति का मुख्यालय चैन्नई में होगा । समिति शीघ्रातिशीघ्घ्र अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेगी ।

RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 18th November , 2003
No. U. - 23013/ 16/2003 - LW.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act , 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to go into the question of abolition of contract labour in the establishment of Airport Authority of India, Chennai . The composition of the committee and its terms of reference will be as under: -

The terms of reference of the committee would be as follows : -
"To study the working of contract labour system in the jobs / works of loading and unloading of cargo in the International Air Cargo Complex under the International Division of Airport Authority of India at Chennai Airport and to make suitable recommendations whether or not the employment of contract labour in the said jobs/works in the said establishment be prohibited keeping in view the provisions of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act , 1970. 3 3. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Chennai . The Committee should submit its report at the earliest .

सं० यू०-23013 /01 /2003 - एल डब्ल्यू. - ठेका श्रम (विनियम र उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहाकर बोर्ड एतदद्वारा निर्देश देता है कि भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, भाग -1 , खण्ड- I दिनांक 18 फरवरी, 2003 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार , श्रम मंत्रालय, कन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड के संकल्प में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएं अर्थातः
उक्त संकल्प में क्रम संख्या (3 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थातः-

No. U.-23013 /01/ 2003 -LW.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act , 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour , Central Advisory Contract Labour Board published in Gazette of India, Extra- Ordinary Part - I Section I, dated 18th February, 2003, namely: -
In the said Resolution for serial number. (3 ) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
