का०आ ० 1321(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, चूना पत्थर और डोलामाइट खान और श्रम कल्याण निधि नियम, 1973 के नियम 3 के उपनियम( 1 ) , के साथ पठित चूना पत्थर और डोलामाइट खान और श्रम कल्याण निधि अधिनियम , 1972( 1972 का 62 ) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का०आ० 484 ( अ ) तारीख 30 अप्रैल, 2003 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " नियोजकों के संगठनों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले सदस्य" शीर्षक के अधीन, क्रम संख्या 9 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 9. श्री विलास तेग्गी,
महाप्रबंधक (खान) विष्णुपुरम सीमेन्टस् वर्क्स, इंडियासीमेन्टस् लिमिटेड, जिला नालगोण्डा, आन्ध्र प्रदेश-508 335 "

MINISTRY OF LABOUR NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th November, 2003 S.O. 1321 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Limestone and Dolomite Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972 (62 of 1972) read with Sub - rule ( 1 ) ofrule 3 of Limestone and Dolomite Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules , 1973 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour , number S.O. 484 (E) dated the 30th April 2003 , namely :-
Inthe said Notification under the heading, " Members Representing Employers' Organisation, for serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely:--
"9. Shri Vilas Teggi General Manager (Mines) Vishnupuram Cements Works , India Cements Limited, District-Nalgonda , Andhra Pradesh -508 335. "
