का०आ० 1352 (अ) .-जबकि, भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय नेदिनांक 26-8-2003 की अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या का ०आ ० 971 ( अ) के तहत आंन्ध्र प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री बिलाल नाजकी को मैसर्स सिंगरेनी कोलियरी कंपनी लिमिटेड की कोयला खादानों, विशेष रूप से आंन्ध्र प्रदेश के करीम नगर जिले के गोदावरीखानी सं ० 7 , " लाइफ एक्सटेंशन प्रोजेक्ट माइन " में 16 जून, 2003को हुई दुर्घटना जिसमें कई श्रमिकों की जानें गई थीं, के कारणों और परिस्थितियों की जांच- पड़ताल करने के साथ- साथ दुर्घटना होने के कारणों की जिम्मेदारी तय करने और तीन माह की अवधि के भीतर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए नियुक्त किया था ।
S.O. 1352 (E) . Whereas the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour in their Notification No. S. O. 971 (E) dated 26-8-2003 appointed Justice Bilal Nazki , Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh to hold a formal inquiry into the causes and circumstances attending the accident and to fix responsibility for the causes leading to the accident that occurred on 16th June, 2003 in the collieries of M/ s Singareni Collieries Company Limited, more particularly in the Godavarikhani No. 7 Life Extension Project Mine in District Karimnagar of Andhra Pradesh State , causing loss of lives and present areportwithin a period of three months.
और जबकि, जांच- पड़ताल करने और रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अवधि बढ़ाना आवश्यक हो गया है ;
Andwhereas it has become necessary to extend the period within which the inquiry is to be conducted and reportpresented.
अतः , अब, केन्द्र सरकार इस अवधि को इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीन माह की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दी है और तदनुसार जांच-पड़ताल करने एवं रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री बिलाल नाजकी की नियुक्ति की अवधि और श्री ए० के ० रुद्रा, पूर्व महानिदेशक, खान सुरक्षा तथा श्री कमलेश सहाय , सदस्य, सुरक्षा बोर्ड ( बीएमएस ) की असेसरों के रूप में नियुक्ति कीअवधि भी इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीन माह की अवधिके लिए बढ़ाई जाती है ।
Now, therefore, the Central Government do hereby extend this duration for a further period of three months from the date of issue of this notification and accordingly theperiodofappointment of Justice Bilal Nazki to conduct the inquiry and present the report and the period of appointment of Sh . A.K. Rudra, Ex-Director General of MinesSafety and of Sh. Kamlesh Sahay, Member, Safety Board (BMS) , as assessors is also extended for a further period of three months from the date of issue of this Notification.
