भाप्रविबो ( बाजार सहभागियों के केंद्रीय डाटाबेस )विनियम, 2003 के विनियम 1( 2) और 4( 1 ) के अधीन अधिसूचना फा में भाप्रविबो/विधि/03 /22/75.- बोर्ड भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( बाजार सहभागियों के केंद्रीग डाटाबेस ) विनियम, 2003 ( इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त विनियम के रूप में निर्दिष्ट ) के विनियम 1 के उप- विनियम ( 2 ) और विनियम 4 के उप - विनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विनियम 14 में उल्लिखित कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए एतद्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट करता है:
(क) 1 दिसंबर, 2003 , उक्त विनियम के सभी उपबंधों के प्रारंभ की तारीख के तौर पर सिवाय उसके विनियम 5 और 6 के;
(ख) इसके उपाबंध में उक्त विनियम के विनियम 2 के उप- विनियम ( 1 ) के खंड ( प ) के प्रयोजनों के लिए ' विनिर्दिष्ट मध्यवर्तियों' के रूप में उल्लिखित मध्यवर्ती और अन्य सत्ताएँ ( एन्टिटी ) ;
( ग) 31 मार्च, 2004, ऐसे विनिर्दिष्ट मध्यवर्तियों के लिए विनियम 4 के उप - विनियम ( 1 ) के प्रयोजन के लिए अधिसूचित तारीख के तौर पर;
(घ ) कि विनियम 12 के उप- विनियम ( 1 ) या ( 2 ) के अधीन विनिर्दिष्ट मध्यवर्तियों और उनके संबंधित व्यक्तियों द्वारा संदेय फीस प्रत्येक आवेदन के लिए तीन सौ रुपये की राशि होगी , ' भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ' के पक्ष में आहरित डिमांड ड्राफ्ट द्वारा ।

Mumbai , the 25th November, 2003
Notification under regulations 1 (2) and 4 (1) of the SEBI (Central Database of Market Participants Regulations , 2003) F. No. SEBI/LE/03 /22/ 75. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - regulation (2) of regulation 1 and Sub- regulation ( 1 ) of regulation 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Central Database of Market Participants) Regulations , 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations ) and having taken into consideration the factors men- tioned in regulation 14, the Board hereby specify:
(a) the 1st day of Deceraber, 2003 as the date of commencement of all provisions of the said regulations except regulations 5 and 6 thereof;
(b) intermediaries and other entities mentioned in the Annexure hereto as ' specified intermediaries ' for the purposes ofclause (u) of sub - regulation ( 1 ) of regulation 2 of the said regulations ;
(c) the 31st day ofMarch, 2004 as the notified date for the purpose of sub- regulation (1) of regulation 4 for such specified intermediaries;
(d) that the fee payable by the specified intermediaries and their related persons under sub- regulatins ( 1 ) or (2) of regulation 12 shall be a sum of rupees three hundred for each application, payable by a demand draft drawn in favour of ' Securities and Exchange Board ofIndia' .
