सा.का.नि. 905(अ).- केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 132 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित धारा 124 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कांडला पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी मंडल द्वारा बनाए गए और इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में दर्शित कांडला पोर्ट कर्मचारी ( त्यौहार अग्रिम ) संशोधन विनियम, 2003 का अनुमोदन करती है ।
2. ये विनियम इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
कांडला पत्तन न्यास
अनुसूची
महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 की धारा 28 ( 1963 का 38 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कांडला पोर्ट का न्यासी मंडल, कांडला पोर्ट कर्मचारी ( त्यौहार अग्रिम ) विनियम, 1976 को आगे संशोधित करने हेतु एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्:-
(1 ) इन विनियमों को कांडला पोर्ट कर्मचारी ( त्यौहार अग्रिम ) संशोधन विनियम, 2003 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तत्काल लागू होंगे ।
(3 ) संशोधित किया गया विनियम 6( i ) निम्नवत्पढ़ा जाये:-
किसी कर्मचारी को जो भी अग्रिम की राशि दी जाए वह बोर्ड द्वारा समय - समय पर नियत की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th November, 2003
G.S.R. 905(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1 ) ofSection 124, read with sub-section (1 ) of Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963) , the Central Government hereby approves the Kandla Port Employees (Festival Advance ) Amendment Regulations, 2003 made by the Board of Trustees ofKandla Port Trust as set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.
The said Regulations shall come into force from the date ofpublication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.
KANDLA PORT TRUST
SCHEDULE
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Board of Trustees of the Port of Kandla hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend the Kandla Port Employees (Festival Advance ) Regulations , 1976 , namely: ---
1. These Regulations shall be called, the Kandla Port Employees (Festival Advance) Amendment Regulations , 2003 .
2. They shall come into force with immediate effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
3. Regulation 6( i ) be amended to read as under :
"The amount of advance which may be granted to an employee shall be fixed by the Board from time to time. "
