का.आ. 1384 ( अ ).- आयकर अधिनियम 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 80एल की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक अधिनियम 1964( 1964 का 10 ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत स्थापित एक निगम भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक, मुंबई द्वारा उपर्युक्त खण्ड के प्रयोजनार्थ अपने फ्लेक्सी बाँड 18 वीं श्रृंखला में बाँडों के पब्लिक इश्यू में जारी किए गए निम्नलिखित डिबेंचरों को बाँड़ के रूप विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, अर्थात:-
कागजी रूप में धारित बाँड
1 ( i ) विकल्प ए के अतंर्गत 1 से 36647 तक, विकल्प बी के अतंर्गत 41780 से 43850 तक, विकल्प सी के अतंर्गत 44061 से 52728 तक , विकल्प डी के अतंर्गत 70604 से 70901 तक की विशिष्ट संख्याओं वाले 18 वीं श्रृंखला के भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक रेग्यूलर इनकम बाँड ( 2003 डी);
( ii ) प्रत्येक 5000/-रुपए के अंकित मूल्य के 1 से 6331 तक की विशिष्ट संख्याओं वाले 18 वीं श्रृंखला के भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक फ्लोटिंग रेट बाँड ( 2003 डी) ;
( iii ) विकल्प ए के अंतर्गत 1 से 492837 तक, विकल्प बी के अंतर्गत 499038 से 527510 तक, विकल्प सीके अंतर्गत 528109 से 855813 तक , विकल्प डीके अतंर्गत 858142 से 888806 तक
की विशिष्ट संख्याओं वाले 18 वीं श्रृंखला के भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर ( कर बचत ) बाँड ( 2003 डी) ;

S.O. 1384 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( il ) of sub- section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act , 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the following debentures , in the nature of bonds , namely: -
