सा.का.नि. 920(अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 146/ 1994- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 13 जुलाई, 1994 का, निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम सं० 8 और उससे संबद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात्ः-

निम्नलिखित मालः-

(1) अम्यूनेशन-कारतूस
(क) उक्त माल यदि भारत में आयात किया जाता है
( i ) राज्य की राइफल एसोशियेशन; अथवा (2) शूटिंग शिलिंग , शूटिंग ग्लास , इयर मफ, इयर पलग , नीलिंग रूल, शूटिंग स्टैंड, स्पोटिंग स्कोप स्टैंड के साथ और स्कॉटवॉच
(3) स्कीट या स्ट्रेप या डबल ट्रेप मशीन अकोस्टिक रिलीज
के साथ
(ii) जिला राइफल एसोशियेशन जो कि किसी राज्य राइफल एसोशियेशन से नियंत्रित हो, के द्वारा ;
(4) टार्गेट और पेपर के टार्गेट
(5) ड्राई फायरिंग से संबंधित सभी शूटिंग के प्रकारों के लिए प्रशिक्षण सामग्री
(6) 10 मीटर, 25 मीटर, 50 मीटर और 300 मीटर के लिए कंप्यूटर कंट्रोल और इलेक्ट्रोनिक टार्गेट सिस्टम
(7) विभिन्न प्रकार के मशीनों के लिए शूटिंग के दौरान प्रयोग में आने वाला टूल बाक्स
(ख) आयातक माल की निकासी के समय सहायक आयुक्त सीमाशुल्क या उपायुक्त सीमाशुल्क को, भारत सरकार के मानव संसाधन मंत्रालय के खेल और यूथ अफेर विभाग में उप सचिब की पंक्ति के अधिकारी से ऐसा प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करेगा जिसमें सूचित होगा, -
(8) प्रतियोगिता के लिए साइट एवं अप्रचर जैसा कि पिछला
औरअगला साइट
(9) लकड़ी एवं एल्यूमिनियम के स्टाक, ग्रिप्स और केसेस
( i ) उक्त माल का विवरण , मात्रा और मूल्य; (ii) कि भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण आयातक को इस छूट की सिफारिश करें ;

G.S.R. 920 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , No. 146/94 - Customs , dated the 13th July, 1994 , namely: -
In the said notification, in the Table , for S. No.8 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shashall be substituted, namely: -

The following goods:
( 1 ) Ammunition -cartridges
(a) the said goods are imported into Indiaby
or (i ) a State Rifle Association ;
earn (2) Shooting sling, shooting glasses , ear muff, ear plugs , kneeling roll , shooting stand, spotting scope with stand and stop watch
(3) Skeet or strap or double trap machine with acoustic release
(4) Targets and paper targets
(5) Training aid for dry firing for all the shooting disciplines
(6) Computer controlled or electronics controlled target system for 10metre , 25metre 50metre and P300metre
(7 )Tool box for different machines used for sports of shooting
(8) Competition sights and aperture , namely rear and frontsights and cases
( 9 ) Wooden or aluminum stocks , grips TAPE ( 10) Cleaning material for weapons , namely , rod,
cotton buds, oil and grease for arms.

(ii) the District Rifle Association which is controlled by the State Rifle Association; (b) the importer, at the time of clearance of the goods , produces a certificate to the Assistant Commissioner of Customs or the Deputy Commissioner Customs, as the case may be , from an officer not below the of rank of the Deputy Secretary , in the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports , Ministry of Human Development, Resource Government of India, wap.es Fonsi lit nu e recommending grant of exemption to the said goods and indicating.-

(ii) that the Sports Authority of India recommends grant of exemption; and
(iii) that the said goods are essential for the training purposes ofthe sports persons.".
