भारत निर्वाचन आयोग अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 1 दिसम्बर, 2003
New Delhi , the 1st December , 2003 आ.अ. 54( अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग, दिनांक 19 मार्च, 1996 की अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/पांडि./ 1996 ( 1 ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का निर्देश देता है अर्थात्:-
O.N. 54 (E) . În exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434/POND/ 1996 ( 1 ), dated 19th March, 1996, namely:-
विद्यमान प्रविष्टि" 6, उप कलेक्टर, ( उत्पाद ) , पांडिचेरी " के स्थान पर " 6. निदेशक, आदि द्रविड़ कल्याण, पांडिचेरी " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
Inplace of the existing entry " 6. Deputy Collector (Excise),Pondicherry " , the entry " 6. Director of Adi Dravida Welfare, Pondicherry " shall be substituted.
