का.आ. 1391(अ) .- चीनी उपक्रम ( प्रबंध ग्रहण ) अधिनियम , 1978 ( 1978 का 49 ) की धारा 2 की उपधारा ( क) के अनुसरण में और का.आ. 1262 ( अ ) दिनांक 3 नवम्बर, 2003 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित इस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना के क्रम में केन्द्र सरकार उत्तरांचल और छत्तीसगढ़ राज्यों के लिए चीनी वर्ष 2003-2004 के लिए 30 नवम्बर, 2003 को नियत दिवस के रूप में निर्दिष्ट करती है ।

New Delhi , the 4th December, 2003
S.O. 1391 (E ) . In pursuance of Sub -section (a) of Section 2 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (No. 49 of 1978 ) and in continuation of this Ministry's notification vide S.O. 1262 (E) dated 3rd November, 2003 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the 30th of November , 2003 as Appointed Day for the sugar year 2003-2004 for the States of Uttranchal and Chhattisgarh.
