का.आ. 1393 (अ).-कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग II, खण्ड 3 (ii ) दिनांक 14 फरवरी, 2003 में प्रकाशित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम की स्थायी समिति के गठन से संबंधित भारत सरकार, श्रम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 8 के खण्ड ( क ) के अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त " शीर्षक के तहत क्रमांक संख्या -1 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां अन्तः स्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 3rd December, 2003
S.O. 1393 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Employees ' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in theMinistry ofLabour dated the 14th February, 2003 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3(ii); regarding the constitution of the Standing Committee ofthe Employees ' State Insurance Corporation.
In the said notification under the heading " Appointed by the Central Government under clause ( a) of Section 8 " against Serial No. 1, the following entries shall be inserted namely:--
