सरकारी प्रतिभूतियों का निर्गम
फा. सं. 4( 9 ) -डब्ल्यूएण्ड एम/2000 .- भारत सरकार एतद्वारा सरकारी प्रतिभूतियों के निर्गम से संबंधित वित्त मंत्रालय अधिसूचना फा. सं. 4 ( 9 ) -डब्ल्यू एण्ड एम/ 2000 दिनांक 6 मई, 2002 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
(i) पैराग्राफ 2.1 में अंकित शब्दों " प्रमुख रूप से अनिवासी भारतीयों के स्वामित्वाधीन समुद्रपारीय कार्पोरेट निकायों" को हटा दिया जाएगा ।
(ii ) पैराग्राफ 2.3 में अंकित शब्दों " प्रमुख रूप से अनिवासी भारतीयों के स्वामित्वाधीन विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों, अनिवासी भारतीयों तथा समुद्रपारीय कार्पोरेट निकायों " को " विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों तथा अनिवासी भारतीयों " द्वारा प्रतिःस्थापित किया जाएगा।
(iii ) पैराग्राफ 2.8 ( iii ) में अंकित शब्दों " तथा प्रमुख रूप से अनिवासी भारतीयों के स्वामित्वाधीन समुद्रपारीय कार्पोरेट निकायों " को हटा दिया जाएगा ।

New Delhi, the 5th December, 2003
Issue ofGovernment Securities
F. No. 4(9)-W&M/2000. Government of India hereby makes the following amendment to the Ministry of Finance Notification F. No. 4 (9)-W&M/ 2000 dated 6th May, 2002relating to Issue ofGovernment Securities :-
(1) In the paragraph 2.1 , the words "Overseas Corporate Bodies predominantly owned by NRIs " shall be deleted;
(ii) Inparagraph 2.3 - words " FIIs , NRIs , and Overseas Corporate Bodies predominantly owned by NRIs " shall be replaced by " FIIs and NRIs " ; and
(iii) In paragraph 2.8 ( iii) -words " and Overseas Corporate Bodies predominantly owned by NRIs" shall be deleted.

फा. सं. 2( 1 ) -डब्ल्यूएण्ड एम/2001.- भारत सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार की राजकोषीय हुण्डियों की नीलामी द्वारा बिक्री से सम्बन्धित वित्त मंत्रालय अधिसूचना फा. सं. 2 ( 12 ) -डब्ल्यू एण्ड एम/97 दिनांक 31 मार्च, 1998 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है: - अधिसूचना के पैराग्राफ 3 में अंकित शब्दों " प्रमुख रूप से अनिवासी भारतीयों के स्वामित्वाधीन समुद्रपारीय कार्पोरेट निकायों " को शामिल नहींकिया जाएगा ।

F. No. 2(1 )-W&M/2001 . Government of India hereby makes the following amendment to the Ministry of Finance Notification F. No. 2 ( 12 )-W&M/ 1997 dated 31st March, 1998 relating to the Sale of Government of India Treasury Billsby Auction:-
(1) Inparagraph 3 of the notification, the words " Overseas Corporate Bodies predominantly owned by NRIs" shall be omitted.
