G.S.R. 925(E).-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967) , the Central Government hereby constitutes "The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal " consisting of Shri Justice C.K. Mahajan, Judge ofDelhiHighCourt, for the purpose ofadjudicatingwhether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the Meitei Extremist Organisations of Manipur , as unlawful associations .
सा.का.नि. 925( अ ) -विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिनियम, 1967 ( 1967 का 37 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या मणिपुर के मैतेई उग्रवादी संगठनों को विधिविरुद्ध संगम घोषित करने के पर्याप्त कारण हैं अथवा नहीं, एतद्वारा , दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री सी. के. महाजन कीअध्यक्षता में एक" विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिकरण " का गठन करती है।
