का.आ. 1394( अ ) . जबकि विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध अधिनियम, 1999 ( 1999 का 42 ) के प्रावधानों को दिनांक 1 जून, 2000 से प्रभावी बनाने के लिए दिनांक 1 मई, 2000 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित सा. का. नि. 371 ( अ ) द्वारा प्रवृत्त किया गया था,
और जबकि केन्द्रीय सरकार ने निरस्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( i ) तथा धारा 3 के खंड ( ङ) के साथ पठित विदेशी मुद्रा विनियमन अधिनियम, 1973 ( निरस्त अधिनियम ) की धारा 50 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राजपत्र में प्रकाशित एक आदेश द्वारा 31 मई, 2002 को अथवा उससे पहले किए गए निरस्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के उल्लंघन के लिए मामलों के न्यायनिर्णय के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार के कतिपय अधिकारियों को नियुक्त किया था,
इसलिए, अब विदेशी मुद्रा विनियमन अधिनियम, 1973 ( निरस्त अधिनियम ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( i ) तथा विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध अधिनियम, 1999 ( 1999 का 42 ) की धारा49 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) और ( 4 ) के साथ पठित धारा 50 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार नीचे सारणी में दिए गए निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को प्रवर्तन अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, जामतः

S.O. 1394 (E) .--Whereas the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999) were brought into force vide GSR 371 (E) published in the Gazette of India on 1st May, 2000 giving effect to the provisions of the said act from 1st June, 2000 ;

[PART II-SEC . 3 ( ii) ] And, whereas , the Central Government by an Order published in the Gazette in exercise of the powers conferred under section 50 of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (repealed Act) read with Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 4 and clause ( e) of Section 3 of the repealed Act appointed certain officers of the Cenral Government to adjudicate cases for contravention made on or before 31st May , 2002 of the provisions of the repealedAct;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 50 read with Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 4 ofthe Foreign Exchange Regulation Act , 1973 (repealed Act) and Sub - sections ( 3) and (4) of Section 49 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons given in the table below as Officers of the Enforcement, namely :-
