फा. सं. 14( 2 )/2009-सं. प. केन्द्रीय सरकार , संसद में विपक्षी नेता वेतन और भत्ता अधिनियम , 1977 ( 1977 का 33 ) की धारा 9 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए , यह अधिसूचित करती है कि 16 मई , 2009 को लोक सभा में निर्वाचित होने के परिणामस्वरूप श्री जसवंत सिंह उस तारीख से राज्य सभा में विपक्षी नेता नहीं रह गये हैं ।
फा. सं. 14( 1 )/2009-सं. प. केन्द्रीय सरकार , संसद में विपक्षी नेता वेतन और भत्ता अधिनियम , 1977 ( 1977 का 33 ) की धारा 9 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए , यह अधिसूचित करती है कि 18 मई , 2009 को लोक सभा का विघटन होने के परिणामस्वरूप श्री लाल कृष्ण अडवाणी उस तारीख से लोक सभा में विपक्षी नेता नहीं रह गये हैं ।

F. No. 14(1)/2009 - ME . In pursuance ofthe powers conferred by Section 9 of the Salary and Allowances of Leaders of Opposition in Parliament Act , 1977 (No. 33 of 1977) , the Central Government hereby notify that consequent on the dissolution of the House of the People on 18th May, 2009, Shri L. K. Advani has ceased to be the Leader ofOpposition in the House ofthe People with effect from that date .
F. No. 14(2)/2009 -ME .--In pursuance of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the Salary and Allowances of Leaders ofOpposition in Parliament Act, 1977 (No. 33 of 1977) , the Central Government hereby notify that consequent on his election to the House of the People on 16th May, 2009 , Shri Jaswant Singh has ceased to be the Leader of Opposition in the Council of States with effect from thatdate .
