amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry ofLabour , Central Advisory Contract Labour Board published in Gazette of India, Extra- ordinary, Part- I , Section 1, dated 29th November, 2003, namely:-
In the said Resolution for serial number ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

सं. यू-23013/19/99-एल डब्ल्यू.- ठेका श्रम (विनियमन और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सलाहकार ठेका श्रम बोर्ड एतद्वारा निर्देश करता है कि भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग -1, खण्ड-1 दिनांक 29 नवम्बर, 2003 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, श्रम मंत्रालय, केन्द्रीय सलाहकार ठेका श्रम बोर्ड के संकल्प में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे अर्थात्:-

"To study the working of contract labour system in the jobs/works of Loading , Unloading , Stacking , Destacking , Restacking, Standardization , Weighment, Sweeping and Cleaning in the godowns and depots of the establishments of Food Corporation of India in the States of Chattisgarh , Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat specified in the Schedule annexed hereto and to make suitable recommendations whether or not the employment of contract labour in the said jobs/ works in the godwns and depots of the said establishments be prohibited keeping in view the provisions of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970."
3. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi . The Committee should submit its report at the earliest.
