Notification under regulation 4(1) of the SEBI (Central Database ofMarket Participanis) Regulations, 2005 अधिसूचना
F. No. SEBI/LE/03/23142.- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- regulation ( 1 ) of regulation 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Central Database ofMarket Participants ) Regulations , 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations) and having taken into consideration the factors mentioned in regulation 14, the Board hereby specify:
फा. सं . भाप्रविबो/विधि/03 /23142.-बोर्ड भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( बाजार सहभागियों के केन्द्रीय डाटाबेस) विनियम, 2003 ( इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त विनियमों के रूप में निर्दिष्ट) केविनियम 4 के उप - विनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विनियम 14 में उल्लिखित कारकों पर विचार करते हुए एतद्वारा :
(क) उक्त विनियमों के विनियम 2 के उप - विनियम ( 1 ) के खंड (प) के प्रयोजनों के लिए " विनिर्दिष्ट मध्यवर्तियों " के रूप में भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( स्टाक दलाल और उप- दलाल ) नियम, 1992 के नियम 2 के खंड (ङ) के अर्थ के भीतर स्टॉक दलालों;
(a) stock brokers within the meaning of clause (e) ofrule 2 ofthe Securities and Exchange Board ofIndia (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Rules , 1992 as ' specified intermediaries ' for the purposes of clause (u ) of sub- regulation ( 1 ) of regulation 2 of the said regulations;
(b) the 31st day of March , 2004 as the notified date for the purposeose of sub -regulation ( 1 ) of regulation 4 for such specified intermediaries.
(ख) ऐसे विनिर्दिष्ट मध्यवर्तियों के लिए विनियम 4 के उप- विनियम ( 1 ) के प्रयोजन के लिए अधिसूचित तारीख के तौर पर 31 मार्च, 2004 को विनिर्दिष्ट करता है
