का. आ. 1405( अ) . गतः इंटरनेशनल सोसाइटी फॉर कृम्ममा कांशियसनैस, 210, बैलारी रोड, सदाशिवनगर, बंगलौर को दिनांक 19 सितम्बर, 1997 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 666( अ) II/21022/ 8( 14)/96-एफ.सी.आर.ए.-1 की क्रम सं. 395 के तहत कोई भी विदेशी अभिदाय प्राप्त करने के लिए विदेशी अभिदाय ( विनियम) अधिनियम , 1976 की धारा 6 ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत पूर्वानुमति प्राप्त करने वाले वर्ग के अंतर्गत रखा गया था ।
2. और यतः उक्त संस्था ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6( 1 ) के अंतर्गत जारी आदेश को निरस्त करने के लिए अभ्यावेदन दिया है । 3. इसलिए, अब , इंटरनेशनल सोसाइटी फॉर कृष्णा कांशियसनैस, 210 , बैलारी रोड, सदाशिवनगर, बंगलौर द्वारा दिए गए अभ्यावेदन तथा उनके द्वारा की गई उपचारात्मक कार्रवाई के मद्देनजर उक्त अधिसूचना की क्रम संख्या 395 पर जारी किए गए आदेश , जिन्हें उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6( 1 ) के अंतर्गत लागूकिया गया था, एतद्वारा निरस्त किए जाते हैं और इसके फलस्वरूप उक्त अधिनियम की क्रम संख्या 395 का तत्काल प्रभाव से विलोप किया जाता है ।

NewDelhi , the 10th December, 2003 S.O. 1405 (C) -Whereas the International Society for Krishna Consciousness , 210 , Bellary Road, Sadashivnagar, Bangalore was placed under prior permission category under Section 5( 1 ) of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 for acceptance ofany foreign contribution vide Sl .No. 395 of the Notification No. S.O. 666(Ε) Π/21022/8 (14)/96-FCRA- I dated 19th September, 1997.
2.Andwhereas the said association has represented for revocation of the said order issued under Section 6 (1 ) ofthe said Act.
3. Now, therefore , in consideration of the representation and the remedial action taken by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, 210 , BellaryRoad, Sadashivnagar, Bangalore, orders issued at Sl . No. 395 ofthe said Notification invoked under 6 ( 1 ) of the saidAct are hereby revoked and consequently Sl. No. 395 ofthe said notification stand deleted with immediate effect.
