का.आ. 1407( अ ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से अगले आदेशों तक, तमिलनाडु राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 7 के 91.20 कि.मी. से 128.00 कि.मी. तक (मदुरै कन्याकुमारी खण्ड) के भूखण्ड की बाबत विद्यमान राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग को (चौड़ा) करने के लिए जिसके अन्तर्गत बाईपासों का यदि कोई है निर्माण भी है नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट भूमि के संबंध में जिला राजस्व अधिकारी , कलक्टर और जिला मजिस्ट्रेट का कार्यालय, कलक्टरी , जिला थुथुकुदी, तमिलनाडु को, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 10th December,2003
S.O. 1407 (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorises the District Revenue Officer, Office of the Collector and District Magistrate , Collectorate , District Thoothukkudi , Tamil Nadu as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the stretch of land from Km . 91.20 to Km . 128.00 (Madurai- Kanniyakumari Section) of National Highways No. 7 required for building (widening ) of said National Highway, including construction of by- passes , if any, in the State of Tamil Nadu as specified in the Schedule below till further orders .
