NewDelhi, the 10th December, 2003 का.आ. 1410( अ) .-दिल्ली के लिए भवन उपनियम , 1983 में केन्द्र सरकार का निम्नलिखित जिन संशोधनों/उपांतरणों का प्रस्ताव है उन्हें एतद्वारा सार्वजनिक सूचना के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है । कोई भी व्यक्तिकिसी भी आपत्ति अथवा सुझाव को लिखित में अवर सचिव, दिल्ली प्रभाग , शहरी विकास और गरीबी उपशमन मंत्रालय, निर्माण भवन, नई दिल्ली-110011 को इस नोटिस की तारीख के 30 दिन के भीतर भेज सकता है । आपत्ति अथवा सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम व पता भी दें ।
उपांतरण:
S.O. 1410 (E ) . The following amendments / modifications which the Central Government proposeto make in the Building Byelaws, 1983 for Delhi are hereby published for public information. Any person having any objection or suggestion may send the same in writing to theUnder Secretary, Delhi Division, Ministry of Urban Development& Poverty Alleviation, Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi - 110011 within a period of 30 days from the date of this notice. The person making the objection or suggestions should also give his name and address. Modification:
खण्ड 6.5 (घ) और 7.5.2 को निम्न प्रकार संशोधित करें ।
ModifyClause 6.5 (d) and 7.5.2 as under :-
6.5 (घ) ' भूमि के उप खण्ड विकास के लिए विन्यास अनुमोदन हेतु योजना प्रस्तुती शुल्क की गणना @ 10,000 प्रति एकड़ के हिसाब सेकीजाएगी'।
6.5 ( d) " Plans submission fee for the approval of layout for development Sub-division of land shall be calculated@ 10,000 per acre ."
SANY 7.5.2 ' पूर्णता का नोटिस-प्रत्येक स्वामी कों भवन निर्माण अनुमति में निर्धारित कार्य पूर्णता के बारे में प्राधिकरण को नोटिस प्रस्तुत करना होगा । स्वामी द्वारा पूर्णता का नोटिस, लाइसेंसधारी वास्तुक/इंजीनियर/ पर्यवेक्षक/दल, जैसा भी मामला हो, जिसने निर्माण कार्य का पर्यवेक्षण किया हो, के माध्यम से परिशिष्ट ' जी' में दिए गए प्रपत्र में पूर्णता योजना की तीन प्रतियों और निम्नलिखित कागजों के साथ कवर्ड एरिया का 1 रुपया प्रति वर्ग मीटर के हिसाम से शुल्क सहित प्रस्तुत किया जाए' ।
7.5.2" Notice ofcompletion-Every owner shall have to submit a notice to the Authority regarding completion ofthework described in the building permit . The notice of completion shall be submitted by the owner through the licensedArchitect/Engineer/Supervisor/Group as the case maybe who has supervised the construction, the proforma given in Appendix ' G ' accompanied by three copies of completionplanand the following documents and along with a fee ofRe . 1 per sq . mtr . ofthe covered area."
