का.आ. 1411( अ) भवन उपनियम , 1983 में केन्द्र सरकार कानिम्नलिखित जिन संशोधनों /उपांतरणों का प्रस्ताव है उन्हें एतद्वारा सार्वजनिक सूचना के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है । कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी भी आपत्ति अथवा सुझाव को लिखित में अवर सचिव , दिल्ली प्रभाग, शहरी विकास और गरीबी उपशमन मंत्रालय, निर्माण भवन, नई दिल्ली -110011 को इस नोटिस के तारीख के 30 दिन के भीतर भेज सकता है । आपत्ति अथवा सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम व पता भीदे।
उपांतरण:
भवन उपनियम, 1983 के खण्ड 6.8 को निम्न प्रकार संशोधित किया जाता है :-
" भवन निर्माण अनुमति के जरिए एक बार स्वीकार कर लिए जाने पर स्वीकृति, रिहायशी, औद्योगिक, वाणिज्यिक भवनों तथा बड़े परिसरों और बहुमंजिला इमारतों और खंड 2.54.2, 2.54.3 और 2.54.4 के तहत वर्गीकृत भवनों के लिए स्वीकृति की तारीख से, पांच वर्षों के लिए मान्य रहेगी । इस अवधि के समाप्त होने से पूर्व भवन निर्माण अनुमति को पुनः वैध कराया जाएगा । पुनर्वेधीकरण क्षेत्र के लिए तत्समय लागूमास्टर जोनल प्लान विनियमनों और भवन उप नियमों के अध्यधीन होगा ।"

PUBLIC NOTICE
NewDelhi , the 10th December, 2003 S.O. 1411 (E ) . The following amendments/ modifications which the Central Government propose to make in the Building Bye -laws , 1983 are hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion may send the same in writing to the Under Secretary, Delhi Division, Ministry ofUrban Development and Poverty Alleviation , Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi 110011 withina period of30 days from the date of this notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his name and address.
Modification:
Clause 6.8 of the Building Byelaws , 1983 is revised asunder:--
"The sanction once accepted through building permit shall remain valid for five years from the date of sanction forthe residential, industrial , commercial buildings as well aslarger complexes and multi -storeyed buildings, and such building as classified under clause 2.54.2 , 2.54.3 and 2.54.4. The building permit shall be got revalidated before the expiry ofthis period . Revalidation shall be subject to the Master Zonal Plan Regulations and Building Bye -laws, then inforce, for the area" .
