का.आ. 1412( अ)-नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् अधिनियम, 1994 ( 1994 का 44 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा श्री आर. के. वर्मा को सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् का सदस्य मनोनीत करती है और इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2000 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1139 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ग ) के तहत केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा मनोनीत सदस्य " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत , मद संख्या ( 8 ) तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -

[फा. सं. यू. 14011/50/2003 - दिल्ली- II ] पी. के. जलाली, संयुक्त सचिव पाद टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2000 की संख्या का.आ. 1139 ( अ) के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात् इसमें दिनांक 31 जनवरी , 2001 की संख्याका.आ. 86 (अ ) , दिनांक 23 मई, 2001 की संख्या का.आ. 454 (अ ), दिनांक10 अक्तूबर, 2002 की संख्या का.आ. 1082( अ ) तथा दिनांक 24 जून, 2003 की संख्या का.आ. 726 ( अ ) के तहत संशोधन किया गया था । 3688 G1/ 2003

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th December, 2003
S.O. 1412 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( c) of Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994) , the Central Governmenthereby nominates Shri R. K. Verma to be a Member ofthe New Delhi Municipal Council with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, and for that purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government ofIndia in the Ministry ofHome Affairs number S.O. 1139(E), dated the 22nd December, 2000, namely:---
Inthe said notification , under the heading " Members nominatedby the Central Government under clause ( c) of Sub -section ( 1 ) of the Section 4 " , for item number (8) and the entries relating thereto , the following item number and entries shall be substituted , namely:-
