S.O. 1416 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Post-Graduate Institute ofMedical Education and Research, Chandigarh Act, 1966 (51 of 1966 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Smt . Sushma Swaraj , Minister of Health and Family Welfare and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi as President ofthe Post -Graduate Institute ofMedicalEducation and Research, Chandigarh.
का.आ. 1416 ( अ ) स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान, चण्डीगढ़ अधिनियम, 1966 ( 1966 का 51 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण तथा संसदीय कार्य मंत्री, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली को स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान, चण्डीगढ़ के अध्यक्ष के रूप मेंनामित करते है ।
