सा.का.नि. 943( अ ) - भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (i ) में प्रकाशित शुद्धि- पत्र सं. सा.का.नि. 50( अ) दिनांक 13-1-2000 और सं . जी एस आर 190(ई) दिनांक 27-2-2003 के साथ पठित अधिसूचना सं. जी एस आर- 706(ई) दिनांक 7 अक्तूबर , 1999 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण के योजना तथा वास्तुकला संवर्गों के निम्नलिखित पदों के भर्ती विनियमों के कॉलम सं . 11 में निम्नानुसार आंशिक परिवर्धन किया गया हैः-

(वास्तुकला)
पदोन्नति : (१ ) सहायक निदेशक (वास्तुकला) के टिप्पणीः पदोन्नति के लिए पात्रता पद से , जो ग्रेड में न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष की सेवा रखते सूची, अधिकारियों द्वारा संबंधित हों और सहायक निदेशक (वास्तुकला) के पद के ग्रेड/ पद पर निर्धारित अर्हता सेवा पूरी लिए सीधी भर्ती हेतु निर्धारित न्यूनतम शैक्षिक करने की तारीख के संदर्भ में तैयार कीजाएगी ।
योग्यताएं रखते हों ।
या
सहायक निदेशकों (वास्तुकला) में से, जो ग्रेड में 8 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा रखते हों तथा वास्तुकला में स्नातक योग्यताएं रखते हों ।
या
सहायक निदेशकों (वास्तुकला) में से , जो ग्रेड में
10 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा रखते हों ।

(वास्तुकला विभाग ) के पद से , जो ग्रेड में
न्यूनतम 3 वर्ष की सेवा और वास्तुकला में डिग्री
रखते हों या समकक्ष ।
या
पदोन्नतिः (i ) वास्तुकला सहायक/सहायक टिप्पणीः पदोन्नति के लिए पात्रता सूची, अधिकारियों द्वारा संबंधित ग्रेड/ पद पर निर्धारित अर्हता सेवा पूरी करने की तारीख के संदर्भ में तैयार कीजाएगी ।
वास्तुकला सहायक/सहायक (वास्तुकला विभाग) के पद से , जो ग्रेड में न्यूनतम 8 वर्ष की सेवा रखते हों ।

(3) उपनिदेशक (योजना)
पदोन्नतिः सहायक निदेशक ( योजना) के पद से , जो ग्रेड में न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष की सेवा रखते हों और योजना में स्नातकोत्तर शैक्षिक योग्यता रखते हों ।
या
टिप्पणीः पदोन्नति के लिए पात्रता सूची, अधिकारियों द्वारा संबंधित ग्रेड/ पद पर निर्धारित अर्हता सेवा पूरी करने की तारीख के संदर्भ में तैयार की जाएगी ।
सहायक निदेशक(योजना) के पद से, जो ग्रेड में न्यूनतम 8 वर्ष की सेवा और नगर योजना/ वास्तुकला में डिग्री रखते हों ।
या
सहायक निदेशक(योजना) के पद से, जो नगर योजना/वास्तुकला/सिविल इंजीनियरी में डिप्लोमा तथा ग्रेड में न्यूनतम 10 वर्ष की सेवा रखते हों ।

पदोन्नतिः योजना सहायक के पद से, जो ग्रेड में न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष की सेवा रखते हों और नगर योजना/वास्तुकला में डिग्री रखते हों ।

टिप्पणीः पदोन्नति के लिए पात्रता सूची , अधिकारियों द्वारा संबंधित ग्रेड/ पद पर निर्धारित अर्हता सेवा पूरी करने की तारीख के संदर्भ में तैयार की जाएगी ।

In partial modification of notification No. G.S.R. 706(E)dt. 7th October , 1999 to be read with corrigendum No. GSR- 50 (E) dt . 13.1.2000 and No. GSR- 190(E) dt. 27.2.2003, published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India under part - II Section - 3 , sub- section- 1 , some addition in Col.No.11 of the Recruitment Regulations for the following posts of Planning and Architecture Cadres in DDA are made as under: -

OR
From the post of Asstt . Director(Planning) having at least 8 years service in the grade and Degree in Town Planning/Architecture .
OR
