सा.का.नि. 944(अ).- केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (6 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा संयुक्त सचिव ( नौवहन ) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय को मुख्य चार्टरिंग नियंत्रक, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय के स्थान पर नव मंगलूर पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में 31-5-2005 तक न्यासी के पद पर नियुक्त करती है और पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 352 ( अ ) , दिनांक 23 अप्रैल, 2003 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 " मुख्य चार्टरिंग नियंत्रक " शब्दोंके स्थान पर " संयुक्त सचिव ( नौवहन ) " शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाना है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2003 G.S.R. 944 (E).-In exercise ofpowers conferredby sub -section ( 1 ) read with sub - section ( 6) of Section 3 of theMajor Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Joint Secretary ( Shipping) , Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees for the Port ofNewMangalore upto 31-3-2005 vide Chief Controller of Chartering, Ministry of Shipping as a Trustee and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) , No. G.S.R. 352 (E) dated 23rd April, 2003 .
2. Inthe said notification , against serial number 1 , for the words " Chief Controller of Chartering" the words " Joint Secretary (Shipping) " shall be substituted.
