No. 1 - CA( 7 )/64A/2003.-In pursuance of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 30 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, a notification No. 1 - CA(7)/64A/2003 dated 4th December, 2003 was published in Part III , Section 4 of the Gazette of India (Extraordinary ) dated 4th December, 2003. Pursuant to the publication of the said notification, a printing error has been noticed in respect of Page No. 10 and Page No. 11 of the said notification . In order to remove the likely hardship to the readers of the said Notification the said error is now rectified, by way ofthis Corrigendum .
In so published English version of Part III , Section 4 of the Gazette of India (Extraordinary ) dated 4-12-2003 , Notification No. 1 - CA(7 )/64A/2003 dated 4th December, 2003-
(a) The contents of Page No. 11 be read after the contents of Page No. 9 and consequently (b) The contents of Page No. 10 be read after the contents of Page No. 11.
