New Delhi , the 10th December, 2003 सा.का.नि. 947(अ) .- नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद अधिनियम , 1994 ( 1994 का 44 ) की धारा 412 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा, हस्तान्तरण विलेख के निष्पादन और 10, तिलक मार्ग , नई दिल्ली स्थित संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के दूतावास की संपत्ति के परवर्ती पंजीकरण को फ्रीहोल्ड में परिवर्तित करने के संबंध में नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद द्वारा अंतरण शुल्क के रूप में लगाए जाने वाले पांच प्रतिशत शुल्क के भुगतान से संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के दूतावास को , परस्पर आधार पर, छूट प्रदान करती है ।
G.S.R. 947 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 412 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994) the Central Government hereby grants exemption from payment of five per cent duty levied as Transfer Duty by New Delhi Municipal Council to the Embassy of the United States of America, NewDelhi , on reciprocal basis, in connection with execution of conveyance deed and subsequent registration conversion into free -hold ofthe Embassy's property located at10, TilakMarg , NewDelhi .
