New Delhi , the 16th December, 2003 सा.का.नि. 949(अ) .-केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एत‌द्वारा उप सचिव ( एम एम ) , जो अब वर्तमान पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय मेंनिदेशक ( एम एम ) हैं, के स्थान पर निदेशक ( पत्तन विकास ) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय को 31-3-2004 तक कोचीन पत्तन न्यास के लिए न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा भारत सरकार पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय (पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 10 अप्रैल, 2002 की सं० सा०का० नि० 274 ( अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 27 फरवरी , 2003 की अधिसूचना सं० सा० का० नि० 134 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करतीहै ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) read with Sub-section (6) of Section 3 ofthe Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Director (Port Development) , Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Cochin upto 31-3-2004 vice Deputy Secretary (MM), now Director (MM) , Ministry of Shipping as a Trustee andmakes the following amendment in the Notification of theGovernment of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing), No. G.S.R. 134 (E) dated 27th February, 2003 read with No.G.S.R. 274 (E) dated 10th April, 2002.

2. In the said notification , against serial number 1 , for the words " Deputy Secretary ( MM) " the words "Director (Port Development ) " shall be substituted.

2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने " उप सचिव (एम एम) " शब्दों के स्थान पर " निदेशक ( पत्तन विकास ) " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
