सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय अधिसूचना
नई दिल्ली, 5 दिसम्बर, 2003
का.आ. 1423( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा उघ की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ . 835 ( अ) तारीख 16 जुलाई, 2003 , में जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3, उप खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 23 जुलाई, 2003 में प्रकाशित की गयी थी, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 8 के सामने बाल्दा गांवके संबंध में स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में प्लाट संख्या " 229 पईकी " के स्थान पर प्लाट संख्या " 299 पईकी " रखी जाएगी ।
जोकोई व्यक्तिइस अधिसूचना द्वारा यथा संशोधित उक्त अधिसूचना कीअनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितबद्ध है, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उक्त अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि के उपयोग पर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th December, 2003
S.O. 1423 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1 ) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India , in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 835 (E) , dated the 16th July, 2003, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii ) , dated the 23rd July, 2003, namely:-
In the Schedule to said notification, against serial number8, relating to village Balda, in column (4) , for the Plotnumber "229 Paiki " , Plot number " 299 Paiki " shall be substituted.
Any person interested in the lands mentioned in the Schedule to the said notification as amended by this notification may, within twenty - one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , raise objection to the use of the lands for the purpose mentioned in the said notification under Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 3C of the saidAct .
