सा.का.नि. 950(अ) .-केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 8 ( 1 ) ( क क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा श्री बी. रामचन्द्रन, महाप्रबंधक, राष्ट्रीय खनिज विकास निगम लि. को " अन्य हितों ( चयनित श्रेणी में) " के अंतर्गत विशाखापत्तनम पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में राष्ट्रीय खनिज विकास निगम लि. , हैदराबाद का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए हटाती है । केन्द्र सरकार उक्त अधिनियम का धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा , श्री सी. हनुमन्ता राव , मुख्य क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक, राष्ट्रीय खनिज विकास निगम लि. , विशाखापत्तनम को 31-3-2004 तक विशाखापत्तनम पत्तन के लिए न्यासी बोर्ड में " अन्य हितों " में चयनित श्रेणी में प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा भारत सरकार में पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय , पत्तन पक्ष के दिनांक 6 जून, 2002 के सं.सा.का.नि. 414( अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 9-7-2002 की सं.सा.का.नि.सं. 487( अ ) की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 15 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निम्न प्रकार से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः :

G.S.R. 950 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 ( 1 ) (aa) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby removes Shri B. Ramachandran, General Manager, National Mineral Development Corporation Limited as a trustee to represent National Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad under " Other Interests ( in the elected category) " on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Visakhapatnam . In exercise of powers conferred by Sub- section (3 ) of Section 10 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri C. Hanumantha Rao , Chief Regional Manager , National Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Visakhapatnam as a trustee to represent " Other Interests " in the elected category on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Visakhapatnam upto 31-3-2004 and makes the following amendment in the Notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Ports Wing, No.G.S.R. 487 (E) dated 9-7-2002 read with No. G.S.R. 414 (E) dated 6th June, 2002.
2. Inthesaidnotification , Serial No. 15 and the entry relating thereto shall be substituted by the following namely:--
