सा.का.नि. 951 (अ).-केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा मुख्य चार्टरिंग नियंत्रक, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय को निदेशक ( पत्तन विकास) के स्थान पर चेन्नई पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में 31-3-2004 तक न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सा. का. नि. 315 ( अ ) , दिनांक 1 मई, 2002 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 " निदेशक ( पत्तन विकास ) " शब्दों के स्थान पर " मुख्य चार्टरिंग नियंत्रक " शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित कियाजाना है ।

(PORTS WING) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th December, 2003
G.S.R. 951(E) . In exercise of powers conferredby sub-section ( 1 ) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Governmenthereby appoints Chief Controller of Chartering, Ministry of Shipping on the Board ofTrustees for the port ofChennai upto 31-3-2004 vice Director (Port Development) as a Trustee and makes the following amendment in the Notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) , G.S.R. No. 315(E) dated 1st May, 2002.
2. In the said notification , against serial number 1, for thewords "Director (Port Development)" the words "Chief ControllerofChartering" shall be substituted .
