सा.का.नि. 954(अ).-विशाखापट्टणम पोर्ट ट्रस्ट ( स्टेविडोर्स एवं सम्बद्ध मामलों का लाइसेंसिंग) विनियम भारत के राजपत्र (असाधारण ) भाग II, खंड 3 , उपखंड ( 1 ) में प्रकाशित जल- भूतल (पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 31 मई, 2000 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. 508 ( अ ) में, अनुसूची में, संशोधन शीर्ष के नीचे, दिनांक 7 अगस्त, 2003के आँध्र प्रदेश राजपत्र के भाग II अनुपूरक नियम संख्या 13 द्वारा सुधार प्रकाशित होने के कारण , निम्नलिखित सुधार किये जाएं:-
G. S. R. 954 (E) . In Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) Notification published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section , 3 Sub-section ( i) as GSR 508 (E) dated 31st May, 2000 related to the Visakhapatnam Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores and Allied Matters) Regulations , in the Schedule , under the head Amendment , the following corrections shall be made in view of corrigendum published in Rules Supplementto Part II of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No. 13 dated 7th August, 2003 :-
1. "लघुशीर्ष और प्रारंभ " से संबंधित अनुच्छेद 1 के अतंर्गत खण्ड ( 1 ) के तहत " संशोधित विनियम 1998 " शब्दों के लिए " संशोधन विनियम 1999-2000 " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
1. Under Para 1 relating to " Short title and commencement" under clause (i ) for the words "Amendment Regulations 1998 " the words "Amendment Regulations 1999-2000 " shall be substituted;
2. निम्नलिखित पाद नोट को अनुच्छेद 3 के बाद जोड़ा जायेः- पाद-नोट
2. the following footnote shall be added after para 3 : FOOTNOTE :
(क ) प्रधान विनियम नामत : विशाखापट्टणम पोर्ट ट्रस्ट (स्टेविडोर्स एवं सम्बद्ध मामलों का लाइसेंसिंग ) विनियम, 1987 को केन्द्र सरकार के अनुमोदन के साथ भारत के राजपत्र में सं.सा.का.नि. 105( अ ) दिनांक 29-02-1988 के रूप में प्रकाशित किया गया।
(a) Principal regulations, namely, theVisakhapatnam Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores and Allied Matters)Regulations, 1987 have been publishedwith theapproval ofthe Central Government in Gazette of India as No. G. S. R. 105 (E) dated 29-02-1988.
(b) First Amendment Regulations namely, the Visakhapatnam Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores andAllied Matters (1st Amendment ) Regulations, 1994, published in the Gazetted of India as No. G.S.R. 417 (E) dated 23-5-1995.
(ख) पहला संशोधन विनियम नामत: विशाखापट्टणम पोर्ट ट्रस्ट (स्टेविडोर्स एवं सम्बद्ध मामलों का लाइसेंसिंग ) ( प्रथम संशोधन ) विनियम , 1994 भारत के राजपत्र में सं. सा.का.नि. 417 (अ ) , दिनांक 23-05-1995 के रूप में प्रकाशित किया गया।
