New Delhi, the 19th December, 2003 नई दिल्ली , 19 दिसम्बर, 2003
का.आ. 1445( अ) कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952( 1952 का 19) की धारा 5अ की उपधारा ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा राजपत्रमें प्रकाशित इस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 295 ( अ ) दिनांक 13 मार्च, 2003 के क्रमांक 31 और 32 के सामने भारतीय नियोक्ता परिसंघ के महासचिव श्री शरद पाटिल और फैडरेशन ऑफ इण्डियन चैम्बर्स ऑफ कामर्स एण्ड इंडस्ट्रीज ( फिक्की ) के श्री अश्विन दानी को इस अधिसूचना के भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से केन्द्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड ( क.भ.नि. ) के सदस्यों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
S.O. 1445(E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub -section ( i ) of Section 5A of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952) the Central Government hereby appoints, Shri Sharad Patil , Secretary General , Employees ' Federation of India and Shri Ashwin Dani , Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India, as members on the Central Board of Trustees (EPF) against the serial No. 31 and 32 of this Ministry's notification published in the Gazette having S.O. No. 295 (E) dated 13th March , 2003 .
उक्तअधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 295 ( अ) दिनांक 13-03-2003 में धारा 5 अ ( i ) ( घ) में क्रमांक 31 और 32 के सामने क्रमशः निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियांअंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -
Inthe saidnotification having S.O. No. 295(E) dated 13-03-2003 serial no . against 31 and 32 under Section 5A (1) (d), the following entries , respectively, shall be inserted, namely :-
